At the heart of Traci’s work at The Mark and everything she does, is to help others and make a difference; this is her essence and purpose. She does this by helping organizations get very clear on their achieved outcomes and measuring those outcomes to better allocate resources and demonstrate systematic change to funders and key stakeholders, thus allowing them to do more good work.
As a working mom, Traci is a living example of a hero to her young kids teaching them what a life well lived looks like, and how to have the tools to be successful in life. She desires to be a role model to them and others too about what it means to be a part of positive change. This extends beyond her family, and also applies to the broader community here in Orange County, Southern California, and beyond. Traci believes that it is only when we are a hero to someone and to others that we find meaning, significance, and truly the depth of your soul that is the essence of man (or woman) kind.
